Beautifully decorated rooms enhance the stay.
The staff was completely unhelpful . When I asked for the nearest parking, they looked at me blankly and said they weren't local. The cleanliness of the corridors was unacceptable for a supposed five-star hotel. The pool area was dirty, a significant turn-off for relaxation.

The jungle view rooms were fine, but the food quality was disappointing.

missingWrote a review on 13 Jullimited dining
Dining options were a letdown, with overpriced food that lacked variety, particularly for non-vegetarians. The dinner buffet showcased an all-veg sushi selection with virtually no Bengali dishes, leaving much to be desired. Coffee in the room was limited to basic choices, missing out on more modern options like a Nespresso machine. The cleanliness of common areas felt subpar, detracting from the overall experience.

We recently stayed at a hotel in the middle of a tea estate. The location was superb with breathtaking views of the mountains and tea gardens that surround the property. The breakfast and restaurant was exceptional with a variety of mouth-watering dishes to choose from. The antique artifacts and interior detailing were amazing.
We faced some difficulty getting transportation to and from the hotel. The hotel was also quite far from the city center, which made it difficult to explore outside of the tea estate.

The only minor issue I found was that the food was quite pricey. Nonetheless, the restaurant offers special diet menus and exquisite dishes, and they serve in, room breakfast and private facilities.
